Soak 250g of Basmati Rice in water for an hour and drain well. Heat 5 tabs of oil in a pan and fry 2-3 sliced onions until their colour turns light brown. Add 2 tabs of Ginger Garlic Paste now mix in 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder 1tsp of red chilli powder and salt to taste . Make a paste of 2 tabs Sagdhi biryani Masala and add it to a pan fry for 2-3 minutes over medium flame. Now add precooked vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Mixed the soaked rice with hot water as per your requirement and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium flame. serve hot with raita.
